Wild Sky Farms is finishing out the week of our first harvest. So much planning and hard work has gone in to our first crop. We are so excited to share our quality bud with Glasgow, MT.
Once the marijuana plant has been cut, it will hang to dry for 3-6 days. This activates the terpenes and cures the material for premium smoking flower. Our grow team is providing optimal drying conditions for moisture and plant volume.
This waiting period is tough! Growing marijuana involves patience. The entire process is getting the plant to grow as big and heavy leaves as possible — just to cut them down and hang ‘em upside down to dry. The goal when cultivating is to expand the marijuana plants vertically with large healthy plant volume. These next weeks will feel like staring at Christmas presents that you know are handmade especially for you. Once it is done drying, it will be sent to a Montana State Cannabis laboratory for testing.
After testing, products will be ready to hit the shelves June 1. Wild Sky farms grand opening June 1, 2022 will feature food trucks and door buster deals.

The Wild Sky Farms cannabis dispensary team is working on ways to cut down on our carbon footprint. We will implement discounts for utilizing reusable bags. As farmers first, we take our responsibility to be good stewards of Earth and natural resources.
A company goal we have set is to make reusable grocery bags that can replace the plastic shopping bags. Here in rural Montana, the general public doesn’t recycle or make sustainable choices due to lack of resources and education. It is a delicate balance to remain eco-friendly while making bulk purchases. Many of the available products are manufactured in china. We have outsourced out store products to local glass shops in Missoula, Montana, wellness and beauty products from local health store.
Our building and storefront improvements continue to support local businesses. We are happy to get building materials locally because of the customer service received. The contractors in Glasgow Montana and Wold Point Montana have been professional and done quality work. Thankful for the exemplary work ethic that Montanans carry.
After reviewing marketing material from 2021, statistics show that most marijuana product purchases come from customers born 1960-2000. It is our storefront goal to introduce cannabis culture to the “silent generation”. Pew Research Center states that the Silent Generation includes individuals born between 1928 – 1945.

We will offer curbside pickup for online orders. Our logistics team is working on a discrete pick up spot for curbside orders. Protecting our patient’s privacy and providing a comfortable environment for purchases is top priority. There will be signs designating curbside Cannabis pick up order.
Once you become a regular, we highly encourage online ordering ahead of time. This allows us to make sure you’re getting the freshest products. Our curbside orders are processed by our expert budtender crew. Return customers are eligible for our loyalty and reward program. We will offer discounts for teachers, fire fighters, police, healthcare providers.
If you don’t have your medical card, Montana state cannabis laws still allow you to purchase under the passing of recreational sales on Jan 1,2022. This means a 24% recreational tax will be applied to your sale. We highly encourage our patients to discuss with their healthcare providers of cannabis medical cards would be appropriate. This would lower purchase tax rates to 4% at medicinal prices vs 24% recreational.
